Lasagna Rolls

Made some lasagna rolls for quick dinners and lunches.  Filled them with ricotta, shredded fresh mozzarella/regular mozzarella and some parsley pesto.  I only took pictures of the final product because it's not exactly a neat process to construct them!  I would of had a red, white, and green camera.  Next time I will try to when I have more time.
